Hello! I'm Coach Ali. I have extensive experience as a personal health coach and am a Registered Nurse. I help clients who are currently using GLP-1 weight loss medications gain muscle, maintain their results, and transition off the medication should they wish to do so through sustainable strategies that break the yo-yo dieting cycle for good.
